Do we deliver for free?
We offer free delivery and setup for all of our Derksen portable buildings. Our driver will unload your new building exactly where you want it. We also setup blocks to ensure your building is stable and useable the same day.
Do we offer no credit check, rent-to-own options?
We offer rent-to-own options with all of our buildings, requiring no credit check. You will make the first payment or deposit then we’ll schedule delivery! You can also pay off your building early for a discount.
Can you finance a metal building or carport?
Yes. Our steel carports, garages, and other partners like; Eagle Carports, American Steel, Legacy Buildings, and Star Carports; all offer rent-to-own and financing.
What size portable buildings do we offer?
Derksen builds a variety of different style buildings, some being utility, lofted, cabins, and playhouses. Sizes typically range from 8′ wide up to 16′ wood and up to 48′ long but all depends on the style you choose.
How do we handle the foundation?
For portable buildings some customers will pre pour a concrete pad or prep a gravel pad before delivery of their building. We also provide blocks to level your building upon delivery if you don’t have a prepped pad, so your building is level and usable from day one.
How long until my building is delivered?
In-stock buildings on our lots can often be delivered within a week. Custom buildings are built to your specifications and generally take a few weeks. When you place your order, your local lot will give you an estimated build and delivery timeframe.
Do we have multiple locations?
We have multiple lots across three states: Shell Knob, Neosho, and Billings in Missouri; Newkirk, Oklahoma, and Arkansas City, Kansas. Each lot has its own inventory so check your closest location or call ahead to see what’s in stock.
Do we sell anything besides Portable Buildings?
Yes! We are also a full outdoor patio store. We offer products from Traeger Grills®, Kanyon Living Poly furniture, BBQ wood pellets, sauces and rubs. Stop by one of our locations to see everything we have to offer!
